Mister Data is an indie rock group from space-city Houston, TX composed of vocalist/guitarist Austin Sepulvado (Buxton, Ancient Cat Society, Vodi) bassist/vocalist Marshall Graves (Ancient Cat Society, Dollie Barnes, Vodi), drummer Jack Gordon (Swimwear Department), and guitarist Ben Murphy (Fun Haunts, Panic in Detroit).



On their sophomore release, 'Missing the Metaphor', Mister Data marry real world themes of love lost, labor, and knowing one's value with levity and optimism for a future that quite possibly only exists in science fiction. Joined by the garbage pixie-machine sounds of Fern and Rocket, and proto-punk/new wave duo The Midnight Papers, don't miss this night of local Houston music at Dan Electro's.
